• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe.

How you opt in

Consent to receive text messages is collected on this website. The contact form at Practical Luxury Builders — Contact carries two separate, unchecked, optional consent checkboxes — one for each category of message — each shown alongside its own consent language:

• Customer care text messages. Consultation scheduling and reminders, project status updates, and replies to your enquiry.
• Marketing text messages. Promotional offers, new property announcements, and other marketing messages.

Checking a box and submitting the form is how you opt in to that category. The two categories are independent: checking one does not opt you in to the other, and you may check either, both, or neither. Both checkboxes are optional — your enquiry is sent to us whether or not you check them, and consent is never a condition of working with us or of any purchase.

Program description

The Practical Luxury Builders customer care messages are used to reply to enquiries submitted through this website, to confirm and remind you about scheduled consultations and site visits, and to send status updates on a project we are carrying out for you. Our marketing messages are used to share offers and announce a new property. Messages in each category are sent only to numbers that have opted in to that category.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages after that, unless you opt in again. Opting out of text messages does not affect our ability to contact you by phone or email about work already underway.
