Checking that box and submitting the form is how you opt in. The checkbox is optional: your enquiry is sent to us whether or not you check it, and consent is never a condition of working with us or of any purchase.

Program description

The Practical Luxury Builders messaging program is used to reply to enquiries submitted through this website, to confirm and remind you about scheduled consultations and site visits, to send status updates on a project we are carrying out for you, and occasionally to share offers or announce a new property. Opting out of text messages does not affect our ability to contact you by phone or email about work already underway.
